who struggles with any of the following:

Mild neurological or intellectual impairments which
limit independence

Syndrome

Traumatic Brain Injury

Mild to moderate pervasive developmental delay (PDD)
Resources include:
- Schools:
high school, pre-college, college, and life skills
programs

Tutors: reading, math, social skills.

Employment: access to agencies which specialize
in jobs and job support for the learning disabled.

Therapeutic placements.
- Evaluations:
educational, medical, psychiatric, psychological.
-
Independent living arrangements (supported homes
away from home).
- Volunteer
opportunities
